Delivery policy

What is delivered

Each send is one freshly made cake in a sealed box, with a printed card inside carrying a QR code that opens the founder's pitch. Cakes are prepared by our partner kitchen in the delivery city on the day of delivery.

Where

Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, to business office addresses only. We do not deliver to residential addresses.

When

Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, between 14:00 and 17:00 IST. Orders confirmed before 11:00 IST may be scheduled for the same working day; later orders start the next working day. Each investor office receives at most a limited number of deliveries a month and never on consecutive days, so your dates are set at checkout and shown on your campaign page before you pay.

To whom

To the named person on the box or, if they are unavailable, to their office reception. We record which, with a photo at handover, and show it on your campaign page.

Proof

You receive a photo when the cake is packed and a photo when it is handed over.

Failed or refused deliveries

If an office refuses a delivery or cannot be reached, we tell you the same day. Refunds for failed deliveries are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

Charges

Delivery is included in the per-cake price shown at checkout. There are no separate shipping charges.
